Im a 21 year old female, roughly around 5"3 in height and im 150 pounds. is that bad? i had twins 2 years ago and never seemed to lose any weight

BMI: Your calculated BMI is 26.6. This is a measurement that takes into consideration your height and weight. Ideally it should be between 19-24.99. So you are not obese based on this but somewhat overweight. Get involved in a exercise routine and start including healthy items to your diet( fruits. vegetables, fish and poultry). A consult with a dietitian is also a god idea.
