Consistent sleep: With rapid-cycling bipolar disorder, you'll likely need medication. However, certain lifestyle practices will support you -- such as ensuring consistent sleep (even on weekends). I agree with my colleague's suggestion about healthy diet and exercise. Dialectical behavioral therapy may also be of use if you have overwhelming emotions from time to time. Psychotherapy can be helpful too.
