Are there any natural aids for 'rapid cycling bi-polar disorder'?

Diet can help: Watching consumption of sugar, binge eating, and simple carbs that affect Insulin can help reduce wild swings in blood sugar which complicate management of bipolar cycles. Also be careful with high caffeine and/or alcohol consumption, both common in response to depression and mania.

Consistent sleep: With rapid-cycling bipolar disorder, you'll likely need medication. However, certain lifestyle practices will support you -- such as ensuring consistent sleep (even on weekends). I agree with my colleague's suggestion about healthy diet and exercise. Dialectical behavioral therapy may also be of use if you have overwhelming emotions from time to time. Psychotherapy can be helpful too.
