None proven: Many "natural" products are advertized online as treatments for adhd. Evidence of efficacy and safety of these products is minimal, at best. This is one of the best-researched areas in psychiatry, and a range of prescription medications are well studied, effective, and relatively safe. The fantasy that "natural" is better is some way is just that--a fantasy.
