Are antidepressant combinations really effective? i've been prescribed effexor (venlafaxine) 150mg, lamictal 100mg and wellbutrin 150mg, should i be worried?

Drug interactions: Effexor (venlafaxine) and Wellbutrin interact to lower the seizure threshold. You need close medical supervision for this combination. Lamictal is not an antidepressant. It's an anticonvulsant and used as a mood stabilizer. Avoid alcohol while taking these meds. Best wishes.
