Lots: Maintaining a regular time for sleep, as well as rituals to reduce the amount of stimulation (turn off the tv, turn off the phone and ipad, and laptop), maybe have some chamomile tea, and relax with some light reading or listening to music. Exercise during the day, yoga, meditation, psychotherapy, and antidepressants can all be beneficial in treating anxiety broadly, including at night.
