Soma is not indicated for anxiety, and is classified as a muscle relaxant. It is also a drug of potential habituation, as it metabolizes to a drug of abuse, formerly known as Miltown. It can be very dangerous if used in combination with opioids. It is best to totally avoid and find a true anti-anxiety drug through your physician.
