Is it actually true that antidepressants will work again after stopping them cold turkey for a few days?

They could: They could work again, but why stop them cold turkey? This is not really a safe thing to do with yourself. Please work with your doctor on any medication changes. "cold turkey" withdrawal from certain antidepressants can be very uncomfortable.
