ASK YOUR DOCTOR: Never quite any medications cold turkey. Always collaborate with your physician. SIde effects from quitting cold turkey can be serious, and periodically lethal for some.

TAPER NECESSARY: You must taper medication especially if you have been on them awhile . You need to talk to your doctor urgently and have updated exam and labs . Then proper discussion on appropriate taper of current Meds and appropriate follow up. Also reconnect with a therapist for talk therapy when tapering off meds For depression . Reasses your sleep habits and check apollohealth.com evaluate for SAD.

Not recommended: Tapering these medications especially if you've been on them for any more than a few weeks or few months is always advisable. Check with your provider as to a schedule. This will also give you chance to speak to them more in-depth as to your reasons on wanting to stop.
