Depends: Many antidepressants may cause some mild nausea early in treatment that goes away, and can reduce your appetite. Medication which increase serotonin increase your appetite (e.g. Zoloft, prozac, celexa, paxil). Wellbutrin, (bupropion) which works through increasing Dopamine in your synapses is the only antidepressant that can be an appetite suppressant.
