Wellbutrin (bupropion) : Best to talk to your doctor about what medication might be best for you and the symptoms you might be having. That said, Wellbutrin (bupropion) XL is activating and has been shown to decrease weight in certain patients with depression. However, some patients gain weight with this medication as well ... It's more of an individual response than a hard/fast rule. Hope that helps!
