Cyst may have reture: Returned they can keep coming back, the doctor needs to d a marsupilization of the gland , please discuss with your doc.

Blocked again: It's possible that the cyst is blocked again and that's what's causing you pain, or it could be residual from your last infection causing scarring. An exam by yourself or doctor will be able to assess this.
