Never: No. I don't recommend using smokeless tobacco at all. It may seem less noxious than smoking cigarettes, but smokeless tobacco can lead to oral cancer. Smokeless tobacco can also lead to gum recession, root exposure and increased sensitivity and cavities.

No: Quit the habit. It has no benefit to your life or overall health. Oral cancer is a horribly disfiguring and painful form of cancer. Google pictures of oral cancer to see for yourself. Sorry it's not the answer you want to hear. But do yourself a favor and quit. Not a lecture - just a friendly recommendation. Hope this helps.
