When was your last: Tetanus shot? If you don't know or it has been more than 10 years, then it should be repeated. If the bleeding stopped, keep the area clean and dry. If you develop redness, swelling, heat, pus, red streaks or fever those would be indicative of an infection & this would warrant prompt medical treatment.
