Dont know: All "bumps" need to be examined.. It can be as easy as sebaceous cysts that are very common and easily treated. However, have your physician take a look and advise you. Good luck.

Go see your doctor: Best for you to go see your family doctor for an in-person evaluation. You might have ingrown hairs, folliculitis, abscesses, sebaceous cysts, lipomas, acne, who knows? Good luck!
