See below: Have you seen your primary care doctor to rule out any medical issues that might be causing your sx? For depression and anxiety: practice relaxation, mediation, guided imagery (you can google it); keep a diary of the events when you happen to be anxious/depressed: what happened; thoughts you had; what helped;where did it feel in your body; establish small achievable goals. Good luck!

Agree w Dr. Fox: Start by seeing a psychiatrist or your physician to rule out medical conditions that could be contributing to your symptoms. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, >.
