For the last 7 days, i have had very painful abdominal gas. this is not normal for me. what could be causing it?

Many causes: Gas and bloating has many causes1excessive swallowed air2 certain foods like carbonated beverages, spicy fried or fatty foods, broccoli, cabbage, onions, beans, apple or prune juice, fried fruits, sorbitol, manitol, found in many low carb/sugar free foods.Certain behaviors like talking while chewing, chewing gum, tight fitting garments, smoking/chewing tobacco .Medical causes lactose intolerance .Avoid cause.
