Multiple..: This could be related to multiple issues but in this case you will need to see a doctor in order to be examined. Possibilities: severe constipation, a vaginal or pelvic infection, urinary tract infection,indigestion, appendicitis( less likely), among many others. Pregancy could also be possible. If you feel very sick or severe pain go to the ED.
