There is hope: It sounds like a complicated situation. It also sounds like you could use some support in understanding how all of your feelings are connected. Guilt: Confide in someone close to you and ask that p;person to help you decide whether in fact you are behaving in ways that really cause others distress. If so and if you can't control your destructive behavior consult a clinical psychologist who can help you increase your awareness of your behavior while helping you develop healthier restraint in your life.
