Depression: Congrats for realizing what triggers you & learning to avoid it. While you list anxiety, your "crying spells" & "feeling alone" sound like depression. Go see your Family Doc for diagnosis & treatment. Consider some sort of counseling ie cognitive behavioral therapy. Failing that, there are many antidepressants available. But whatever you do, please seek help from your local docs. You're not alone.
