No magic fix: The only way to lose weight is to spend more energy than you consume. It is very difficult to lose more than 1-2 pounds/week in a healthy fashion. If you are losing more than that, you are likely losing muscle in addition to fat. This would cause you to have more difficulty dancing. Eat a balanced diet, minimize simple sugars, and continue to exercise.
