How do i stop missing my therapist?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's a loss: Ending therapy always involves some mourning the loss of that relationship even if graduating from therapy is exactly what needs to happen. I would allow yourself to work through those sad feelings of loss. If your therapist moved away, or retired, etc then i think seeing another therapist that you trust can be very helpful. Be well, .
