Lunch choices: A good, inexpensive lunch is lean proteins such as fish, turkey or chicken, prepared with little fat, with vegetables. Or in a salad. Another good choice is a black bean or quinoa salad with added vegetables, or almond butter with fruit. Salads are healthful when high-fat additions such as cheese and oil are limited. None of these have to be expensive.
