See below: I will tell you what i do. I make a healthy salad with plenty of greens, brightly colored veggies, some nuts (unsalted), perhaps some tofu or occasionally some turkey or salmon to put on the salad and a dressing that is not high in sugar. I will usually also have a piece of fruit. I tend to stay away from breads, fried foods, chips etc.
