I hit my ankle in the soft area on the inside of my foot between my heal and bone. it is very swollen. what can i do?

Avoid weight bearing: If pain worse/ may need xrays to evaluate for a fracture. Partial or non weight bearing with use of non steroidals beneficial. Seek a podiatrists help as warranted.

Get it Checked: You may develope tarsal tunnel or even a fracture. Better safe than sorry, stay off it until checked.
