NDPH: Exercise or physical exertion can be a trigger for various form of headaches, including ndph. Keep a diary to help your find alleviating and aggravating factors. And confirm diagnosis.

It is not normal: Usually, NDPH characterized by pain on both sides of the head, pressing quality, mild-to-moderate intensity, and not aggravated by routine physical activity. The key is to slowly but persistently increase activity level.
