Take it slow: If you are out of shape you'll feel bad after even a short workout. Start with slower workouts like fast walking. Make certain you stay well hydrated and eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables with adequate protein. Within a week or two you'll begin to feel better and better and can do more.
