Tension headaches: Try to relax as you exercise. Tensing your muscles while using them exercising will really wear you out- much more so than just exercising. Headaches suggests that you are tensing your neck, shoulders or jaw muscles. Keep your teeth apart, massage your neck and shoulder muscles.
