Probably not: You should call your OB if you have persistent headache & especially if you have fever. You're at term, you want to make sure you do not have preeclampsia (sx - ha, nausea, swelling, visual changes), or any early infections so close to your due date. Go to l&d if your doc is unavailable to get checked & more importantly, have your baby checked.

Call your OB now!!!: This may or may not be a simple illness but the headache may be a sign of an emerging blood pressure issue that can arise at the end of pregnancy. Call your OB & review your symptoms with his/her staff.They may want you to come in immediately for a blood pressure check & fetal stress test. Call now!
