Sprains: Healing is a process and as with any process takes a certain amount of time and can be broken into various phases. Before one proceeds to strengthening they need to make sure that an appropriate level of healing has taken place. Likewise, before strengthening commences one needs an appropriate amount of motion. Best to check with whomever is treating you. Good luck.
