Patience: It can take up to six months for dorsal wrist pain to resolve after a dorsal capsuloligamentous injury. If recurrent pain persists, or increases, see ur hand surgeon for repeat exam ; possible x-rays. Otherwise, use a removable splint as needed for support/protection; prn ice/heat ; nsaids.
