Depends: Not sure exactly where the injury is located. I'd say somewhere between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the severity.

Depends on: how much ligamental injury or sprain you sustained. Simple sprains need a few days, complex injury will need longer mobilization. Speak to the treating doctor.
