Probably not...: The over the counter tests are very sensitive to pregnancy hormone, so if it's negative, then you probably aren't pregnant.
Your symptoms sound hormonal, and should abate/resolve once you begin to menstruate.
If you still don't menstruate, repeat the pregnancy test, and see your physician for further guidance.
