Yes: Waking up late and not getting enough sleep can affect your daily activities and can also affect your mood. You need to adjust your sleep wake cycles. Set a time you want to wake up every morning, and get up at that time everyday regardless of what time you sleep. Dont take naps during the day. Struggle through it and stay up during the day regardless of how tired you are only sleep at night.
