I have adhd i don't like being around people i don't know and i don't like leaving my house because i feel like everyone is staring at me what's wrong?

Other issues: What you just described doesn't go with adhd, so i suggest you discuss your symptoms with your doc as you may have social anxiety or other issues besides adhd.

Maybe anxiety too: About 1/3 of individuals with adhd also have anxiety, and for those with both, stimulants sometimes can make the anxiety worse. If this is a recent development, definitely talk about it with your doctor, because high doses of stimulants can cause what we call hypervigilance, which sounds like what you may be experiencing. Could be a medication side effect or a separate problem but treatable.
