Urinary: It is probably useful to go get evaluated. Stinging urination can be a sign of infection, which can also result in fatigue. However a few simple blood tests can look to see if your kidneys are involved or if there is something else going on (anemia, thyroid issues).

Fairly soon: Fatigue and burning or tingling on urination is a common sign of urinary tract infection. Some can resolve on their own, but many require evaluation and proper therapy, depending on age, other medical conditions, medication use, and sexual exposure. If persistent or recurrent, see your health care provider.
