Fatigue: Fatigue is a common symptom with lots of causes (stress, poor sleeping, chronic diseases, etc.). Most individuals can cope with episodic short-lived periods of fatigue. You should see your doctor if it has gone on for more than 2 months or is interfering with your ability to carry out your ordinary activities. Low blood pressure by itself is not a problem unless you are dehydrated.

Many reasons: Low blood pressure by itself can cause fatigue. Usually it's caused by a medication. If there is no reason for the fatigue and low blood pressure, and it's not going away, you should see your physician to see what's going on. Electrolytes, blood count needs to be checked. Adrenal problem can also cause low blood pressure and fatigue...
