Is it useful to ice an ankle sprain to reduce swelling, after 2 months since it happened ( it isn't healed completely )?

Ankle sprains: Nope. Ice is for the acute period right after an injury to limit swelling and thus pain. It would have no therapeutic effect this far after an injury.

Doubtful: At 2 months ice won't due much. Better with compression brace for support and to help swelling.
