More evaluation: Some children with attentional issues may have other problems. First have your child's vision and hearing checked. Talk with with your son's teacher/school about having him tested for learning disabilities such as dyslexia or visual or auditory processing problems. Also you can request an student study team and or individualized education plan from his school to optimize his learning.
