ED?: Do you mean Eating Disorder by ED? That's very unusual abbreviation to use. Anyway there are tons of options are available to treat eating disorder, the first thing to do is to find a Psychiatrist and a therapist who are expert in eating Disorders. Then follow their recommendations. Good Luck.

ED treatment: Yes, eating disorder treatment CAN help significantly, esp. when initiated early. School is clearly important to you, and after treatment and recovery of your health, you will be able to concentrate and achieve in school again instead of always thinking about food and your weight. Anorexia can cause permanent health damage if untreated. Fortunately, you are still young enough to recover.
