Hyperhidrosis: Antiperspirants dont work well for palmar sweating. Thoracic sympathectomy has shown promise in long-term control. Nonsurgically, Botox may provide you with 6-9 months of relief (although Botox is not licensed for this indication). You need to find a dermatologist who is experienced in treating this condition with Botox.
