How often can one safety take claritin d 24 hr w/out causing dependence or rebound congestion?have chronic nasal congestion & was diagnosed w/ vasomotor rhinitis. always congested & super dizzy lying down. use monetasone nasal rinse twice daily?

I wouldn't worry about dependence or habituation. Neither are a feature of this type of drug. You may fine the need to use it more in some months of the year as the pollen pattern changes. On when you need it/off when you don't, and don't worry about it.
