Diagnosed with a swollen nasal turbinate.taking claritin. usually find it hard to breathe and mild dizziness, can i still exercise or is it dangerous?

Yes: Claritin alone is not going to provide any decongestion. An antihistamine with a decongestant (usually with a - d behind the name) would be more helpful but may keep you awake. You should check with your doctor re. A rx nasal spray and perhaps rule out a sinus infection.
