A member asked:

Can sleep deprivation cause one to lose their original height due to depression of discs, or can depression cause slumped height, or just posture?

Losing height: Depression and sleep deprivation might well lead to a slumped posture, but would not depress intervertebral disks. When you feel better, you could stand up to your full height again. Treatment can really help. Be well.
