Stress reduction..: ....Yoga, biofeedback, massage, exercise, meditation, etc. Can all help to decrease stress which can decrease headaches. Make sure you are sleeping well and sufficiently, and avoid too much caffeine. If the problem still doesn't improve, you need to see your doctor again for a reevaluation.
