Other : Other diagnoses include a chronic motor tic disorder and tourette's syndrome. If the eye rolling can be suppressed that would be a sign of a motor tic and if it can't be suppressed or involves loss of consciousness i would be concerned about a seizure. But most likely, a chronic motor tic disorder and possibly tourette's syndrome. The constellation of throat clearing, noises, and eye rolling would make me concerned about tourette's.
