Headache for6days, pain in neck, stabbing pain when i stand up saw doctor, did tests (eye test, balance etc.) told me everything was fine. brain tumour?

Unlikely: I wouldn't worry about a brain tumor. This could be a migraine headache or other benign headache. I would only recommend a brain MRI if your symptoms persisted for weeks and they couldn't be explained by something like migraine.
