Depends: Depends on your level of pain tolerance and how long you have had the pain. Have you been seen b4? Any trauma? Any fever? Any numbness in your feet, legs or groin area? Any loss of control of your bowels or bladder? There are all signs that you need evaluation asap.

It depends: It depends what the source and the reason for that pain, minor arthritis could but what about if you tumor in then spine? Think about that .Good luck. Thanks.
