Few choices : Most ndaids like motrin, edodolac, Naproxen hold onto fluids which can tip the balance with cardiomyopathy. You can take include tylenol, (acetaminophen) Aspirin if it's okay with you dr., no acetylated salicylates like: choline salicylate, or limbrel."any therapy needs to be clear with your physician.
