Interactions Checker: Use any of several drug-drug interaction checkers available online to look for potential problems between your medications. Hopefully, you told your prescribing doctors everything you're taking regardless of who prescribed it (include otc meds, too). In general, narcotics should be fine w/most heart meds but need to know specifics for more accurate answer. See http://goo.Gl/qna8uv for some issues.

Don't Do It: Taking narcotics for arthritis pain should be very carefully considered. This is a big and addictive step. Second you do not tolerate it well anyway. Third it is very wise to get out of the western medicine mindset that a pill may help everything and look at yoga, exercise, meditation and other alternative ways to help one manage or diminish pain.
