Foreign Medical Care: Most hotels and other resorts will have a list of local doctors that can provide you with medical care or refer you to a hospital if you need this level of care. There are, in larger metropolitan centers american or english hospitals as well.

Check your insurance: First check with your insurance company to see if they cover emergency medical care overseas (or in the U.S.). If not, then you can purchase travel insurance that will cover things like emergency evacuation, medical care overseas etc. for a reasonable price. You can also use HealthTap if you need medical advice overseas! :)
